Adv. Kernerman is a native of Uzbekistan (USSR).
After completing law school Adv. Kernerman worked as legal advisor to the Jewish Agency representative in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
In 1993 he immigrated to Israel and was admitted to practice law in Israel in 1997.Since working as a lawyer since 1999 independently and collaborates closely with the law firm of Boyer, Or Co..
In 2009 he was accredited as notary.
Adv.Kernerman specializes in commercial law and represents business people from the former Soviet Union in Israel as well as Israeli businessmen in the former Soviet Union.
